Day 3 (18th July 2007)
woke up early to leave for 淡水老街 and 渔人码头.
i had my 含扣赛!!
woaahhh.. the wind there was super strong.. but the scenery there was really beautiful!! took lots of pictures on 情人桥. enjoyed the breeze..
wanted to find dao ming si house but didnt manage to find it.. nvm, find it again next time. haha. decided to move on to our next destination. Taipei Sea World.
took the MTR to Jian Tan station. had fun talking on the train.. then, a girl came into the train and stood in front of us. find her pretty familiar.. looks like wu xiong.. cfm with jiahui discreetly. so we asked: "请问你是五熊吗?" and she replied YES!! haha.. she's very pretty!! took pic with her!! haha!!!
reached shortly. god. the aquarium was super run down and it costs almost the same as UWS. PLEASE LA.. i rather go underwater world then. give it a miss. decided to head down to tian mu(天母) to find the restaurant that dao ming si and shan cai went.
after long search, finally!!! FOUND IT AH!!!! it's really the one we saw in meteor garden!! the pink car!! the shop is called: P.S. Bu Bu.. Bu bu means car. the boss told us. haha..
shopped ard tian mu.. tian mu is the high end living estate of taipei, jus like orchard in singapore or perhaps holland.. the condos here are super grand!! i wanna stay here too!! shall tell my future husband.. haha..
was too tired. took cab back..
after bathing, watched 百分百. haha. this episode was really funny!! xiao zhu bought the transformer helmet and wore it throughout. he was also transforming.. haha!! then ard mid-way of the show, emi n jiahui came over. the moment i open the door. 2 er xin transformers were transforming in the corridor of the rooms. haha!!! laughed like mad.. 变形金刚!!!
another high of the show that day was the bball competition. one audience came to PK the previous winner.. when the timing was nearing and he still lack abit point, we all were as gan cheong and excited and finally!! time's up! AND HE WON!!! WHEEEEE!!!!
walked down to the address as on net. weird.. cant find his shop.. decided to ask ard.. went into a residental apartment and ask the security uncle. haha.. was initially afraid that he dunno where's STAGE. then when we were like: "ehhh, 请问你知道开封街2段66号在那里吗?" then the uncle replied: "哦，小猪的店是吗?" we were like.. WAHHH, uncle also know sia.. haha..
saw this top very very nice!! wanted to buy but see e price also faints.. NT4800.. equals? near S$240.. but its really really nice.. other normal shirts costs ard NT1000. cuz its STAGE. SHOW ON STAGE!! power.. too bad.. cannot take pic of the shop. sooo, if you wanna see how the shop is... make ur trip down now.. haha..
2nd stop: TAIPEI UNDERGROUND MALL!!
took the MTR to taipei main station.. reached! saw this very yummy mochi thingy.. bought one and tried.. YUMMY! and the auntie say can buy back singapore!! so we decided to come back and buy on our last day.. shopped ard.. went into this shop and looked at the stuffs.. saw the earrings.. super nice!!
jiahui was looking for the earring rainie yang wore in 恶魔在身边. haha.. and indeed! she found it.. decided to buy.. i bought 2 too.. one is similar to xiao gui one(haha, couple accessory!!) one is jus i like it.. super nice.. but pretty ex.. decided not to reveal the price cuz heartbreaking.. haha..
3rd stop: 新光三越 Shin Kong Mitsukoshi
it's a japanese departmental store like isetan and takashimaya. went in jus to look look. and saw one very cool thing. which is... lift lady! 电梯小姐!!
its i think the 1st time i encountered this. always hear hear nv really come in contact with. god. their job is really very dead. they jus go: "上楼电梯，上楼电梯. 九楼到了, 女装服饰." and they stop every single floor. haha.. i think every day if they go home, press their own lift, maybe also got such habit. i wish one be in my neighbourhood. haha..
rushed over to catch the hourly guard changing ceremony. reached on time! woahh.. very impressive.. they were very uniform and zai.. very cool.. really like those you see on tv kind.. very cool.. 
after the ceremony, took pics with Sun Yat-Sen statue.. haha.. went into the gallery to understand more about his history.. hanged ard and decided to move on.. haha.. took pics ard and saw ppl practising dance.. haha.. got abit high and played around.. haha..
i re-enact the 变形金刚 outside the hall.. haha.. damn high..

5th stop: 东区!!
walked down to find jay chou's shop.. god.. this area is totally different from the 东区we went although they are all considered in 东区.
walk and walk and walk.. FINALLY! FOUND! BUTTTT.. its now no longer OMNI. its called Chloe Chen. jay chou's fren and the legendary pink car is gone!! sob sob!! went in.. ok la.. not very impressive.. STAGE's better.. haha..
time to go for our 101 observatory! reached at ard 8. bought admission tickets and went up to the 87th floor.. the lift is one of the world's fastest lift!! it can bring you up to the 87th floor in jus 37s!!! super FASTTTTT!!!
view up there was really nice.. you can see the night view.. very nice.. everything like small little lighted ants.. with the free audio guide, you can walk and listen to the introduction of the view outside.. very useful!! lidat you will be able to spot and know what's where..
saw this very interesting mailbox.. you can mail from 101 to anywhere.. and have the unique 101 stamp on ur postcard.. wasted! dun have postcards!!
went up to 91st floor, outdoor observatoy.. paid additional NT100.. woahhh... the wind up there was also very very strong.. but the view is abit wasted cuz of the high fencing built.. but still nice la.. hehe..
got a passerby to help us take pic. he asked us: "where are you guys from?" we replied: "Singapore!" and he replied: "Me too." woahhh.. interesting to meet fellow singaporeans on the 91st floor of 101. haha..
just right when we took the lift to return to level one, met the staff in the lift! haha!!! told him that we wanted the night background. asked if we want the 101 with fireworks.. YES!! haha.. really super nice of him!! so good!! (we wrote a compliment letter when we were back in singapore!!)
didnt manage to find the shuttle bus to take back to the MTR station.. decided to walk to the station then.. on our way, saw the LOVE art sculpture! took pictures!! haha.. had lots of fun..
walked to the bus stop to see if got bus can take to MTR station.. lazy to walk and cuz we have the concession pass!! haha!! on our way to the bus stop, decided to take pic with 101 at the recommended spot which we heard on the audio guide.
thanks to emi. she was like lying on the floor already to help us take the pic. haha. my turn to change over to help her take.. haha.. but somehow, i jus cannot take the right angle.. spent some time.. i was already lying on the floor with one side of my head pressed onto the floor and my body bent.. haha.. then! emi found that posture very alike to that in Zhuan Jiao. the one 秦郎 lied on the floor and shouted "你要幸福哦!" to Xin Lei when he was drunk. haha.. sOOO.. again!! i acted the same scene out.. haha..
god! i tell you! everyone who walked past was looking at me but nvm! they dunno me ah!! haha!!! finally done with the pic..
back at hotel! felt hungry.. so we decided to go get cup noodles to eat.. haha.. went 7-11 to get our cup noodles.. YUMMY YUMMY!
no mood to sleep alr.. haha.. kidding la.. end up i also slept like a pig.. haha!! slept my way to day 5...

reached 淡水老街 1st. had the famous tall ice cream. but i tell you. it melts at a super fast speed, maybe its due to the hot weather too.. haha. emi and jiahui and jingmin eat til their hands were sticky from the ice cream. they wanted to throw it away but it's really hard to find a dustbin i tell you. we walked down the whole street but cannot find a single bin. after like near 40mins, finally got one dustbin. gooodnesssss!!
back to shopping ard that area. took pics along the way. passed by this BBALL arcade. decided to have our BBALL P.K. Competition!!

went into this souvenier shop. saw this very nice ferris wheel with all the yuan zhu ming of taiwan.. very nice!! but costs near $30 sing. cannot resist the temptation. got it for myself. haha. everyone got some other souveniers too.
moved down to 渔人码头.. took a boat over. god. the waves n wind was really hugeeee!!! the whole ride over was as terrible as viking. the boat literally went up and down against the waves. water was gushing in but lucky we were sheltered.

wanted to sit in the car to have our meal but there was a minimum spending in order to dine in the car. but the lady boss was nice. she allowed us to take pictures with the car after we ordered our food. hehe.. didnt order much cuz our next stop was gonna be Shilin Night Market.

today was a super high class day. we gonna cover the higher end of taipei which is 东区!!! haha.. AND! it's where jing peng they all met xiao gui so we decided to open our eyes REAL BIG!!
checked on the net yesterday for xiao zhu shop, STAGE. it's jus beside our hotel!! i mean 2 streets down!! SO NEAR!!!

so 1st stop: STAGE!!

so decided to shop ard at ximenting.. walked ard.. see see shop shop.. and soon it was time to go STAGE!! walked back to STAGE!!
woahhh.. the shop was super nice!! very his style.. haha.. but actually the clothes displayed was rather little.. went down to a basement and saw his shoe collection of NIKE. cooll.. super nice.. got those rather unique designs.. what can i say except 赞!

pretty disappointed.. asked if we could be allowed to make one.. he asked if we could come back tml to take our pic. if ok, he shall do it for us.. YEAHHHH!!!
so, off we go! took our pic!! yeahhh!! and we can put our names on the cert!! and the name of the four of us!! so coool!!! thanked him alot alot!!

meanwhile down, forgotten that we didnt choose our background for the pic. you get to choose either daytime 101 or nighttime 101. shit! took picture with the cartoon drawing of 101 in the day and at night..

took train back to hotel to catch our daily must-watch! 百分百!! and on the train, i saw a super duper cute handsome boy!! OMG!! really really cute k! I SWEAR!! HE'S SO SO SO SO CUTE!!! i can still remember his looks til now.. oh god.. so wasted.. he got down one stop earlier than us.. ohhh.. how much i wish can follow him.. awwwww.. taiwan got so many yandaos.. out of 10, got like 6 are yandaos.. I SWEAR!
talking abt yandaos.. thru'out the trip, whenever we see yandaos and want to inform one another, we will sing: "TO THE LEFT, TO THE LEFT" n occassionally "TO THE RIGHT, TO THE RIGHT".. haha.. thats our an hao for yandaos!!

time for 百分百! oh god i tell you! i hate this episode.. it was 阿本恋爱百分百, the main lead of 十八禁不禁. and til the ending part.. they have this additional part.. which is the other 2 girls who wasnt chosen get to chose among the hosts and the other guys.. and when it was this girl turn(i dunno her name), xiao zhu was super on and when they all bent down, stretched their hand out to let the girl choose, xiao zhu added one sentence: "希望你陪我过暑假!" GODDD!! so cuteeee!! and YES! the girl chose him!!
this is not irritating.. irritating is the behind part! so the newly appointed 3 couples were supposed to play 安全之吻. AND YES! as you are thinking.. XIAO ZHU AND THE GIRL KISSED!!! AND SUPER GOT THOSE COUPLE FEEL!! KNS KNS!! i'm utterly uberly super duper JEALOUS ok!!
