HAD A GREAT DAY TODAY!
before i start, shall share smth else 1st.
been mugging real hard for my BTT recently. i wanna pass at one shot. dear frens who had taken e test, i would appreciate ur tips! haha! thanks! AND, i'm thinking of signing up for california fitness membership to motivate myself to be more determined to work hard to exercise to slim down. my theory of signing up: once you pay the money, you would definitely go and exercise. haha! SHOULD I SHOULD I? suggestions pls. THANKS!

went out with queenie and joyce today to bugis. haha. met at 3.
1st stop: Bugis Junction
went there for lunch. jus smth simple and easy. we had lots more things to do. haha.
went into an IT shop to look for Skype Phone. Queenie wanted to look for Skype phone. gosh! expensive. costs ard $250. faints. IT gadgets are jus so EXPENSIVE. decided to go to Sim Lim Square to see if it will be cheaper.
2nd stop: Sim Lim Square
went over to Sim Lim Square. went levels and levels jus to find the Wi-Fi Skype Phone. Gosh. Sim Lim Square has really too many shops. Asked a few shops and costs ard the same. Queenie say taiwan sells it cheaper so she decided to ask her bf to bring it over when he comes next mth.
3rd Stop: Along Bugis
stopped by an ice cream cart to have ice cream. I had my fav. cone ice cream. asked for more attap seed flavour. as we were buying, the uncle asked joyce if she's taiwanese and the super high joyce was like YES YES! haha. and so coincidentally, the uncle's a taiwanese too! and a taipei-nese! haha! SAME AS JOYCE! haha. she was sooo HAPPY! haha! so cool! the world's SO SMALL! hehe. chatted with the uncle awhile and headed off to SHOPPING!
4th Stop: Bugis Village
went to Bugis Village to shop ard. Joyce and Queenie finds bugis village is like Wu Fen Pu in Taipei jus that Wu Fen Pu is like 4 times bigger? haha!
walked ard to see if we can get anything. hehe! Joyce wanted to get shades so we went to find. went into this shop full of shades. Alrighty! TRYING TIME!
tried and tried and laughed and laughed. haha. some of the shades when we wear, really look DAMN FUNNY. haha. look like a big FLY. haha!! cant stop laughing. haha! finally, joyce found smth that suits her. as it was 2 for $25, decided to get one with her too.
similarly, tried and tried, laughed n laughed. haha! i tried til my head also giddy. haha. finally, i found smth i like too! WOAH! haha! shades shades shades!
moved on. i think we spent like near an hr in the previous shop. haha! stopped by a earring shop and queenie got herself some earrings too. hehe. shopping's FUN!
continued on.. decided to get a watch cuz mine is abit spoilt. gotten a RED one. haha! COOL! i love COLOURS!
shufen came and joined us after her lesson. intro to her queenie n joyce! hehe!
5th Stop: Bugis Junction
went back to Bugis junction for Singtel cuz she wanted to subscribe a fixed line. told her that hi-card is too expensive. fixed line is better.
passed by a cart that sells woodens stuffs. dunno how to describe but they have real cute stationery and accessories that are made of wood. and the designs are real cute. saw this super cute stapler and decided to get it! haha! CUTE!
queenie wanted to get 2 bookmarks. went to settle e bill and realised that the bookmark was priced wrongly. it was priced $1.90 but the salesgirl said it costs $2.90. queenie didnt wanted to get cuz its wasnt really worth la. jus a very simple bookmark. BUT! here comes e bad service encounter.
the salesgirl said that we cannot decline to buy cuz she keyed into the system alr. i told her: "but i thought you can void?" and she replied: "no, i cannot." COME ON! WHAT NONSENSE? are you trying to kid me? Ms Low over here had been handling cashiering duties for one year plus and you are telling me you cannot void? SO, NVM. maybe she's ignorant. I gave her another suggestion: "ok, if you cant void, then when e next person who buys smth, you jus collect the money and dun key." and she replied:"no, i cant. once i key, means you have to buy." so we hafta reason with her. we said that the price tag on the thing says $1.90 and now you wanna charge us more. this is unreasonable. and when we dun wanna buy, you say cannot. what the hell is this? this is literally a BLACK SHOP. then she replied even more and said: "cuz we got no other space so i jus put my stock there." WTH! DOTS... this is totally ridiculous.
eventually, we jus stick to our pt and said that we wont get e bookmarks but the stapler. so she had a stupid face and said: "nvm then. i will pay for e other 2 myself." NONSENSE BULLSHIT. if your boss says that you cant void and every transaction you key wrongly, you have to pay for it yourself, i seriously think you can consider not working. and pls, your service is damn poor. *shakes head*
sometimes, i wonder. where is my service standard? i am not asking for more. i am jus asking for a polite and nice service. haizz... disappointed. maybe i shall teach them one day. FAINTS.
6th Stop: Singtel Hello!
went to check out the rates and specifications of the plan. the lady explained and answered our questions patiently and in details. queenie finds it ok and i think its definitely better than her using hi-card now.
decided to sign up for the line. haha. i helped her to register cuz she dun have her passport with her. hehe! the lady here was much more friendlier than the cart salesgirl. haiz. this is then called service. learn k?
7th Stop: Lau Pa Sat
queenie n joyce wanted to go lau pa sat to try out whats rojak. haha. ok! brought them to the best stall on earth! MY MAMA STALL! SISTERS ROJAK! muhaha!
ordered and let them try. YUMMY is all they can say. haha! continued to order more local food for them to try and share. EVERYTHING'S YUMMY! SHIOK!
stayed there and chit chatted for hours. TOPIC? TAIWAN! haha. its simply rocks to share taiwan with taiwanese! haha! and of course the hottest topic forever, GUYS! haha. girls' talk always revolve ard GUYS! haha! shhhh.. i wont share with you! haha!
