It was my long awaited MAHJONG session with my old khakis - jingmin, jr and amelia!! as alwayssss, MAHJONG SIMPLY ROCKS! haha!
it was a full 2 rounds of mahjong. damn SHIOK. call me an ah ma but i simply LOVE mahjong! haha! off to newton to meet the others..
met up with the others at newton mrt station. attendance of our 08 gathering is gettin lower n lower.. hmmm.. turn up? 9! haha! LOWEST RECORD!
nvm, not the quantity but the company. haha!! off to newton circus for dinner time!!
got ourselves a table and as usual, pooled in money to buy food. got lots of food! ITS A TOTAL FEAST!!!! stingray, carrot cake, satay, oyster omelette, salad yu tiao etc etc...
after dinner, we decided to head to Bukit Timah to have DESSERT! ICE CREAMMMM!!
went to take bus to Island Creamy. at e bus stop, we met few angmohs that tried to flag a cab but failed. they approached us for help. and as SERVICE STUDENTS, we of course LEND A HELPING HAND. the guys went further up the road to help them flag a cab. SO GOOD! this is what service students behave. only one word for them : EXCELLENT!
off to Island Creamy!
woahh. the place was CROWDED. but we didnt wait for too long before we get a table. their ice creams are pretty nice. tried e teh tarik but it was so so. i love the PULAT HITAM and NUTELLA! REVERSO nice too! BLACK FOREST too! a must try - MUD PIE! DAMN NICE!! YUMMY!!!
Island Creamy has not jus great desserts for my tummy but also for my EYES! haha! cute guys and girls! haha. everyone seems to find one. haha. the guys too. haha. GREAT PLACE INDEED! haha!
went off to mac to slack and chit chat cuz we decided not to hog the table as there's a crowd after we finish.
chit-chatting, laughing, sharing, bonding.. i jus feel that although it seems like we always meet but everytime we meet, we have endless to talk, share and laugh.. thats how we survive tgt for so long.. i simply love such sessions.. great to hear that ur friends no matter NS-ing, studying, working are surviving and its great to feel the strong bond even after grad..
