OH GOD, my muscles are aching like mad. Aftermath of 2hours of bodycombat plus boxing exercise from yesterday. GOD. I think i did in total near 200 push ups and 100 sit ups. INTERVALLY of course. But my muscles are aching like mad. Jiayou jiayou!
Did ot on thurs. Terrible. HKG flts all CANCELLED due to typhoon. Chaotic like mad. Haiz, money hard to earn man.
Work days after the typhoon was also terrible. And i did 2 HKG flts after the typhoon. FULL FLIGHT + DELAY. Thanks. Money really HARD to earn.
Short of manpower lately. Flts are like back to back. A gates to B gates then to A. Terminal 3 is not small FYI. ITS BIG!
Happy things i had for the past week..
Dinner at Shokudo with zifu, emi and alex. I love shokudo chicken n asparagus in wafu tomato cream sauce. No 12 lotus cuz alex cannot understand. LOL!
I finally met shufen, colleen, jessica and huiying on thurs aft work. I love hanging out at MOS BURGER. Milk tea. I love black sesame + Bon Bon Rocher Ice cream. =) Simple gathering, but heartwarming.

It had been awhile since 08 gathers at a chalet. I love the ribs, chicken wings, sotong balls, roast pork, hot dogs etc etc. I love BBQ but i hate the fats. HAHA!

Stayover then went to work the next day. 1st time i been to a chalet with jus 3 ppl staying over, INCLUDING ME. LOL!

I didnt realise today was 2008.2008. Good day supposedly. HAHA.
My A380 departure was CRAZY. Busy AS USUAL. But this time i almost lost control at the gate. I got 469 passengers in total. FAINTS. 1 hour 10mins of departure process was stressful and busy.
Cabbed home. Tml schedule packed! MOVIE + DINNER + GYM! =)
Watching 12 lotus tml. I hope alex understand the movie. Emi says its time alex learn some hokkien. HAHA! We shall see tml! LOL!
AND AND, i managed to change shift to go for shufen bdae. YEAH!
I'm sleepy. And finally i'm off tml. FINALLY. I cant wait for tml!

One whole week of afternoon shifts.. Another 2 more days to hang on. No time for outings, no time for gym, no time for computer. Thats almost e reason why i dun really like afternoon shifts but the only good thing, i get cabs home from work and i can sleep like a log. Shifts, what can i say?
Shufen shifted her birthday party from this sun to next week. Trying my VERY VERY best to change shift. I hope i can be there. =)
WSG and ZXB went to school on sat to support emi for her SIP sharing session. HAHA. NERVOUS is the only word i can describe on her. But anyway, EMI, GOOD JOB! But feeling of going out before work sucks. BLEAH.
Back to back flights everyday. The only reason why i enjoy my job is because every single day, every single flt, is a brand new n total different experience. Refreshing. And of course, compliments and learning how to tactfully handle difficult passengers is the motivation. Service student, i am one. =)

1st and foremost...
CONGRATULATIONS, PENG SHIYIN!!!
Our princess pass her BTT! =)
Me and jm followed her all e way to BBDC(Bukit Batok Driving Centre) to support her for her BTT. Our efforts for coming from all parts of singapore to the west was not wasted. ^_^ And to think i almost lost my $50 racket. Haha.
ONCE AGAIN... CONGRATS!
Had a fun yet tiring day today. Body combat, dance plus badminton. Ultimate Exercise. I love. But feeling super tired now after bathing and plus hand washing my clothes. TIRED.
Was looking for chalets for my bdae, think i will get ALOHA LOYANG. Its nice. And i'm eyeing unit no. 8. =) i love no. 8. I wanna book asap and start planning. WHEEE! 21st!

Caught love guru with naz today. Met up with him after work. Went shopping with them then i went for one hr body combat and we went to catch love guru! SUPER NICE!

08.08.08. Our Special Day..
After waiting for so long, our long awaited anticipated day is here. 08.08.08, a very significant day for 08.
Looking back, we have all come together as a class for so long and the bond and love for one another never decreases.
Follow me on how we spent our special day.
Stop 1 : Mandai Crematorium and Columbarian
Visited Clifton on this special day. We got some stuffs for him. Esp a paper aeroplane. I was glad i got one, the last one in e shop. Jus meant for you, clifton.
Brought him food too. I made fried rice and some finger food. Amelia's cookie, jovi's jelly and wang wang. I hope you enjoyed the feast, man.
Stayed with him awhile and updated him abit.

Stop 2 : Pasir Ris Park
On bus 88..
Went to picnic at Pasir Ris Park before our dinner. I love picnic! Its jus so heartwarming and cosy and relaxing. I DIDNT GET TO CYCLE! SAD!
Picnic is definitely so cool and fun! I WANT MORE!
Stop 3 : Airport Fish and Co
Went off to meet the remaining of the class for our dinner. Back to airport. Today i come back to airport, with a much different feeling. A happier and stressless feeling.
Had a private room to ourselves. TOTALLY COOL! A private space, just for us.
Had great food, great laughters and great sharing. It feels so good to have almost the whole class together. 19 out of 26. No no, 20 out of 26. I know you are with us too, clifton. =)
Went down to the meeting point to take our picture. Its so meaningful for this picture. After 2 yrs, the class is still so bonded and fun like beginning.

ORCHARD LOVE
I spent the most no. of hours in Orchard in my life on monday. From 10am til 6am(the next day), i was hanging out at Orchard for one whole day.
2 movies, lunch, dinner, supper and breakfast, all at ORCHARD. LOL!
Met up with zifu and javin for MUMMY at cine at 2pm. Had gym before that. I tried ballet. HAHA! Ballet was totally tedious. Who says ballet easy? Try it. LOL.
MUMMY WAS GREAT. Javin said it was lame. Disagreed. Nice movie. 4 out of 5 popcorns!
Chilling out at Coffee Club to allow them to bio 'cai'. HORRENDOUS HUM SEP GUYS. Peachy Pina Colada, 'drink' of the tea. Try it, you will like the after taste. Ask javin. He LOVES it. HAHA! And i'm a member of California. I didnt act to get the 10% off, zifu. NVM, UOB also got 10% off. THANKS.
Dinner at Shokudo. Great pasta. I LOVE! CARBO, i know. Asparagus with grilled chicken in tomato wafu cream sauce. DELICIOUS! *drools*
Hanged around til like 11pm cuz javin wanted to share cab with emi. The night didnt end off sharp at 11pm. ANOTHER chilling out session at TCC Shaw. Black sesame blended, yummy X 2!
AND then we walked back to CINE to catch MONEY NOT ENOUGH 2 at 0145am. HAHA! A funny n lame show.
2 repeated movies for zifu. Zifu, up la you for friendship!
Ended e night(or morning perhaps) with Mcdonalds as breakfast at 5am at Shaw. Pulled thru til 6am to save 50% off our cab. LOL.
SHAGGED 100% for the next day. FUN THOUGH!

SQ-MM COLLABORATION
As on emi's blog, yea yea. We worked together once again! Well well, today all flights to hkg was delayed due typhoon. BADLY DELAYED. DELAYED for at least 10hours. And nice MM provided us 300rooms to hold our passengers for that few hours.
And dear emi handled them. Called me to tell me. HAHA. THUMBS UP FOR YOU, EMI! Great job! =) When are you sending passenger passport to airport to have dinner/lunch with me? =)
More collaborations! I know emi hate it. LOL.
Finally got my verdict on my DI. PHEW. Light punishment. Jus got my bonus deducted abit. NVM, 破财消灾. I can finally sleep with a peace of mind. One load off my mind. =)
Work was terribly busy today. Queue was crazy at t3. Passengers were cranky. Scolding, complaint, nothing new. Running around on my feet. NO-NO.
Got cab home but i waited like near 40mins for cab. BLOODY HELL. Whatever, i'm now safe and sound at home. DREAM TIME! NIGHT NIGHT!

ESCAPE WAS FUN! Viking, inverter, Go-Kart. Too bad wet n wild was closed, so was rainbow. SAD. I love hands up during viking, hanging upside down during Inverter with eyes OPEN. But no no haunted house. To think i got e guts to stand in front at Madame Tussauds in HKG! I think i'm ready for GOLD COAST. LOL! Emi, you too!
AND AND AND! I learnt cycling!! I'm Ms Cyclist! LOL! Thanks teachers.. Emi, javin, alex. And moral teacher, Kai. I'm so gonna master it well! HAHA! I felt a sense of achievement! I'm so happy despite my butt aching like mad and i cant sit properly! But, I LEARNT CYCLING FINALLY!!
Weekends spent like yest was COOL! Takes off my work stress, relieves my sick at work. =) WILD WILD WET, next up!

FINALLY.. DONE!

Proceeded to clear immigration and guess who we bumped into? 星光四少! (Chey. Taiwan see not enough meh? LOL!)
Checked in and out out out we went! (P.S. Hkg 3 star hotel rooms are REALLY small!)

5th Stop : Symphony of Lights along Victoria Harbour
Met up with Jingmin's HKG friend, Sally and she brought us to take the Star Ferry to cross over to Hong Kong Island.
Our stomach was already growling by this time and we found a roadside stall in one of the alleys and settled our dinner there. Food was yummy too! Hkg is simply a food paradise. Everywhere, anywhere, food is yummy.
After we bathe, it started to rain and wind started to get stronger. And hourly news broadcast confirmed that typhoon had came into HKG at the signal of 8! SAD!
Shrimp Spaghetti, Swiss Sauce Chicken Wings, Roast Pigeon and Souffle..
百味 with bubble tea, heavennnn...
Had street food like 鱼蛋,蛋仔,fried squid. IRRESISTIBLY YUMMY!! *drools*
Emi bought mini mahjong and we bought this SUPER BIG poker cards. A5 sized. Black jack, Dao Lao Er, you name it, we have the best cards! LOL!

In the aircraft.. On our way to HKG..
11:50AM - Hong Kong International Airport. LANDED IN HKG!!
While disembarking..

On the way of the Airport Transfer to our hotel, DORSETT SEAVIEW!
Checked in and out out out we went! (P.S. Hkg 3 star hotel rooms are REALLY small!)

Went to settle our hungry stomach! A very authentic hong kong feel 茶餐厅. Had our first taste of HKG food. YUMMY YUMMY!
2nd Stop : Wong Tai Sin Temple
Went to get our Octopus Card at the MTR station and took the MTR to Wong Tai Sin Temple.
3rd Stop : Victoria Harbour (Avenue of Stars)
Took the MTR to Central and walked to Avenue of Stars.
Prayed and moved on with our journey.

4th Stop : Harbour City
AND THEN, RAIN CAME!! Stopped for a while and walked down the harbour. View was seriously nice.

Went there for shopping and emi got her 1st overpriced item in her life : Longchamp tote. TAI TAI le EMI!
5th Stop : Symphony of Lights along Victoria Harbour
Walked back to the viewing deck along Victoria Harbour for its famous Symphony of Lights.
19:55 PM - Announcement was made that the show will be cancelled due to the typhoon. Typhoon Signal 3 was up for that day. SAD! SHOW CANCELLED!!
Nevertheless, we took pics with the nice and beautiful night scenery of Victoria Harbour. Very beautiful.
6th Stop : Star Ferry to Hong Kong Island
Met up with Jingmin's HKG friend, Sally and she brought us to take the Star Ferry to cross over to Hong Kong Island.
7th Stop : Lan Kwai Fong, Central Mid-Levels Escalator
Walked and walked to Lan Kwai Fong. Its like Holland V except its much STEEPER. The whole place is on a steep slope.
Took the famous super long Mid-Levels Escalator.
8th Stop : Dinner at Roadside Stall
Our stomach was already growling by this time and we found a roadside stall in one of the alleys and settled our dinner there. Food was yummy too! Hkg is simply a food paradise. Everywhere, anywhere, food is yummy.
AND, here comes the GREAT news of the day. The weather station in HKG has raised a typhoon alert of signal 8 to warn the public that there will be a typhoon coming in and it will be til the level of 8 (out of 10). GOD!
AND SOOOO, we had no choice but to quickly hurried back to hotel in case the typhoon comes.
9th Stop : 7-Eleven
We had to go and buy cup noodles to stock in our room in case the typhoon remains in hkg, which means we will be grounded in our hotel if it remains as signal 8 for the day after or so. NOOOoooo!!
10th Stop : 许留山 Hui Lau Shan
Went to the 许留山 opposite our hotel for dessert since the typhoon is not here yet. HAHA. 许留
山 is totally DELICIOUS! The mango is so fresh and SWEET! YUMMY YUMMY!

While enjoying our dessert, one of the waitress told the supervisor in cantonese that at 2300 hrs the typhoon is expected to come at signal 8 and so the auntie was telling them and us to faster pack up and leave as the typhoon is expected to come soon. ARGH siannn.
11th Stop : HOTEL ROOM
After we bathe, it started to rain and wind started to get stronger. And hourly news broadcast confirmed that typhoon had came into HKG at the signal of 8! SAD!
WELL, as the typhoon came, we went to sleep and decided to plan our itinerary tml morning depending on the weather.
25th June 2008 (Wednesday)
08:30 AM : Weather Check. Typhoon Signal : 8.
10:00 AM : Weather Check. Typhoon Signal : 8.
Breakfast in my room. Choya, Krispy Kremes and cup noodles. I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts!
11:00 AM : Weather Check. WHEEEE! Typhoon is expected to leave and by 11:15am, the weather station has changed typhoon signal to 3!! YEAHHH! TIME TO HIT THE STREETS!
We went out to the streets as quadruplets that day! 08 shirt, havaianas..
1st Stop : Tai Ping Koon Restaurant
A Hong Kong style Western Cuisine Restaurant. Decor was super retro. I feel like i have entered the time machine and walked into a western restaurant in the early days of Hong Kong.
Shrimp Spaghetti, Swiss Sauce Chicken Wings, Roast Pigeon and Souffle..
Their souffle is the biggest i had ever tasted in my life. SERIOUSLY BIG.
2nd Stop : Dinball at Kwun Tong
Went with Jiahui to Kwun Tong to help her brother get some stuffs. And there, we experienced the power of the typhoon strong winds. We were literally pushed and walking against the wind. Umbrella flew up. We had fun though breaking through the wind. LOL.
3rd Stop : Goldfish Market
Headed down to Mongkok for shopping. Went to the goldfish market and understand why its named so. Every shop along that street sells fishes, especially goldfish. LOL.
4th Stop : Mongkok 新之城
Shopping shopping!! Had great time shopping in this building. =)
And here, we found our no.1 loved food in HKG. 百味! Its something like cold noodles mixed with any ingredients you choose from the menu with some special sauce and ta dang, here you go, a bag of mixed noodles! YUMMY! I and jiahui had 2 packets! YUMMY YUMMMY! MUST TRY!

Had street food like 鱼蛋,蛋仔,fried squid. IRRESISTIBLY YUMMY!! *drools*
5th Stop : Ladies Street
Headed for more shopping at Ladies Street. Had fun bargainin and eventually we made friends with one of the stall lady boss. LOL.
Emi bought mini mahjong and we bought this SUPER BIG poker cards. A5 sized. Black jack, Dao Lao Er, you name it, we have the best cards! LOL!
6th Stop : Hotel Room
And with our quadruplets outfit, CAM-WHORING time! We had fun cam-whoring with Yakult..
and had fun playing with our BIG poker cards!
